我們尊重您的隱私權，並致力於保護您的個人資料。您可以隨時要求刪除您的資料。

如何請求刪除您的資料

如果您希望刪除透過本應用程式存取或儲存的資料，請依照以下步驟操作：

  1. 撰寫一封電子郵件。
  2. 郵件主旨請使用：「請求刪除 Kiro-SocialMedia-API 資料」。
  3. 在信件內容中，請清楚說明您的姓名，以及您希望我們刪除哪個社群帳號（例如 Facebook 粉絲專頁名稱或 Instagram 帳號）的相關資料。
  4. 將郵件發送至我們的聯絡信箱：[email protected]

我們的處理流程

  1. 在收到您的請求後，我們將在 5 個工作日內回覆郵件，確認收到您的請求。
  2. 我們將在確認後 30 天內，從我們的系統（包括 n8n 工作流程及任何相關的資料庫）中永久刪除您的所有相關資料，包括存取權杖 (Access Token) 和已獲取的數據。
  3. 資料刪除完成後，我們將再次發送郵件通知您。

Data Deletion Policy

This policy applies to the Kiro-SocialMedia-API application (hereinafter "the Application"). The Application is an internal social media automation tool for Kiro Life, designed to improve operational efficiency.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. You may request the deletion of your data at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to delete the data accessed or stored by the Application, please follow these steps:

  1. Compose an email.
  2. Use the following subject line: "Data Deletion Request for Kiro-SocialMedia-API".
  3. In the body of the email, please clearly state your name and identify the social media account (e.g., Facebook Page name or Instagram account handle) for which you want the data to be deleted.
  4. Send the email to our contact address: [email protected]

Our Process

  1. Upon receiving your request, we will send a confirmation email within 5 business days.
  2. We will permanently delete all your relevant data, including access tokens and any retrieved data, from our systems (including our n8n instance and any associated databases) within 30 days of confirmation.
  3. Once the data deletion is complete, we will notify you via a final email.
